THE WILTY EVENT IS OVER PINKEY, STOP DRAWING THOSE FOUR DAMN CHARACTERS. NO.

I had to conclude everything!

Ophelia grinned widely as they pulled through the front gate that led up to the main house of Cherokee Pointe. It had been a long flight and a long drive home, and though she had been ecstatic that Lex was there to pick her and the animals up at the airport, she was too exhausted to speak about their endeavors just yet. "I've got it all in a journal," she mumbled, "you can read it all yourself."

Her eyes lit up in happiness as they arrived, and Lex pulled the truck and trailer past the main house to get them closer to the barn where Nightingale would be put up first, and the trailer stored until they needed again. Ophelia jumped out of the truck and let the older dogs out, where they went crazy immediately sniffing everything to make sure they were truly home. The pups had been put in a crate together in the back seat of the truck.

"I'll get him and the pups. Why don't you settle the dogs in their kennels and then head inside?" Lex offered, placing a gentle hand on Ophelia's back.

"No, it's alright. I've got Nightingale," Ophelia persisted, although Lex just gave her a meaningful pointed stare.

Ophelia smirked at him and commenced to open the trailer and lead Nightingale out. Once they made it down the ramp, Lex stopped her and held out his hand. "No, really, I'll get him. You deserve a break. I know if you take one foot in that barn you'll start cleaning and making sure Noah and I didn't make a mess. I assure you, it can wait until morning."

Ophelia smiled warmly, and relented. She handed over the lead rope and patted Nightingale's neck. The horse's ears were perked and he looked around excitedly, probably wondering the same as the dogs. He leaned his head forward and nudged Lex's open hand, looking for treats.

"Once we get inside, boy," the man said with a chuckle. He looked at Ophelia with a smile. "I'll meet you inside in a half hour. You'd better be there," he said before turning with Nightingale behind him.

Ophelia nodded and beckoned the dogs to follow her. They walked along the sandy gravel paths to the dog kennels where they were greeted with joyous barking and yipping. Ophelia settled the dogs in their kennels (taking her time, of course) and made sure the rest of the dogs had been cared for (it seemed as though Noah had beaten her to it) before she headed back to the main house where Belle and Tiana would likely be waiting with Noah for her arrival.

Sure enough, when she stepped inside, she was greeted by the smell of sweets baking in the oven and two swiftly growing Wiltshire Spaniels.

"Well, look who finally showed up! The Philippines finally got too dull for you, hmm?" Noah teased from around the corner, where he still had on an apron, cooking a meal fit for a king - or queen, considering it was Ophelia's celebratory dinner she guessed.

Ophelia laughed. "Nice to see you too, Noah," she said, shaking her head. She jogged over and embraced him tightly, pecking his cheek in a friendly manner same as she always did. "The Philippines were great, for your information. But I am very glad to be home."

"Well that's swell. In that case, let's eat!" Noah grinned. As though he had a sensor for those exact words, Lex walked into the house and exclaimed just how starving he thought he was, carrying a dog crate with the three new Wilties.

Never stop drawing them! They must live on!
Love this though :) I want to do something similar for my gang but haven't had the time to do so yet!
